Heal the Bay’s Santa Monica Pier Aquarium is celebrating Earth Day and Earth Month with a festival April 16 and 17. Featuring presentations and activities for kids all ages, events will include the Aquarium's theme weekend, Advocacy in Action and The Great L.A. River Cleanup. The Helpful Guys in Blue will be handing out reusable water bottles and a donation will be made to Heal the Bay on behalf of each recipient. There will be also free admission offered for everyone who first cleans the beach at Nothin' But Sand or near the Santa Monica Pier, which will be ongoing both days from 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
