On September 25, 2010, Glow and all of its exciting splendor will be returning to Santa Monica State Beach. The free dusk-to-dawn biannual event starts at 7 p.m. and features the work of national, international and local artists. The only all-night art event in the United States that emphasizes original artwork, the projects featured at Glow invite audience participation and constantly surprise with their unexpected placement in space and time. Other "white night" or "nuit blanche" events like this are only found in such famous cities as Paris, Toronto, Montreal, Rome, Brussels, Madrid and Riga.
