West Hollywood’s 23rd Annual Halloween Costume Carnaval takes place on Halloween night, Sunday October 31. At this free celebration those who’ve dressed up are the focus of this insanely fun street fair. The event will feature live music, DJs, illusionists, a costume contest and even celebrity guests. The festivities have gotten so popular that for several years now over half a million people attend.
The Week Prior to the Event
West Hollywood’s Halloween Costume Carnaval also hosts free events throughout the week leading up to Halloween night. From a youth carnival and pumpkin carving contests to “Drag Races,” where those dressed in drag and stiletto heels race for prizes, West Hollywood throws a Halloween celebration like they’re about to be made illegal.
